How can I return items?
  • There is more than one way to return products. However, please note that you must always return the products to the address you received them from!

  • For all reclamation please refer directly to the merchant who is responsible for the shipment in question. To find out which merchant that is, please log on to e-shop-direct.com and check your completed orders. There you will find all necessary contact information you need to communicate with the merchant in question. In general, every authorised dealer (of a brand you wish to return or have a reclamation) will offer on-site service. However, there is no binding legal basis for such a service. Such a legal basis only exists directly between you and the seller. In this case that would be us in cooperation with the particular merchant that carried out the shipment. UPS pick-up service

  • In case you would like to withdraw your purchase agreement within 14 days (from the date of delivery) or take advantage of your right to return unsatisfactory products (within 21 days), we return the full amount of the purchase value immediately after receiving your return. Where do I send the products back to?
